When we represent you, we dedicate our efforts to achieving justice. We work for you on a contingency basis under a written agreement. We bear all costs for working closely with you to prepare your trial. If you do not recover damages, you pay us nothing --no fees or costs.

Our staff
Each member of our staff plays an important role in your case. The lawyer directs the overall case, looks for problem areas, represents you in court, and keeps you posted on developments. Our trained and qualified paralegals assist lawyers in conducting research and interviews, prepare paperwork under the lawyer's guidance and review, and assist the lawyer in many other ways. Our reception and clerical staff maintain records, schedule appointments, and provide other important support.

Our case preparation
Personal injury cases require hours and hours of preparatory work which may include examining accident scenes, interviewing witnesses, reviewing medical records, and securing testimony of a variety of medical and other experts. We always strive to demonstrate and present our clients' cases effectively, using scale models, computer simulations, medical illustrations, and other compelling forms of evidence.

Our follow-through
When we fully understand our clients' injuries, treatment, damages, and losses, Carlton and Carlton immediately demands settlement from those responsible or their representatives. If they fail to respond quickly or reasonably, we are prepared to file lawsuits on behalf of our clients and go to trial.

Confidentiality

Our fees
Carlton and Carlton provides your initial personal injury consultation free of charge. We handle personal injury cases on a percentage basis. We receive an agreed percentage of all money damages recovered as payment for services. If you do not recover damages, you pay us nothing -- no fees or costs.
